Front matter
Mar. 6th, 2003 | 06:11 am
Today I am going to continue work on the front matter using the grad school template. Yesterday I got up to the abstract page. I think that's the last page but I'm not looking ahead too much. I'm not looking around much at all. Too much war. So I will stay focused on the Correspondence Art Network and on creative collective action. Yesterday I delivered the manuscript to DeLayne and now I'm organizing a defense date and it looks like it will be April 2, Lucas' birthday. That would be a good day.

3 out of 5

I now have 3 out of 5 signatures on the pink form to confirm a time and space for the defense. Next stop Sandy tomorrow at 2 p.m., then I'll mail it to George with a stamped self-addressed envelope. I compiled the text for the memo that John has to write for the IRB review exemption. I found the Vita spot at the end of the dissertation template, not the front. Slow progress. I have to place everything from the graduate school on my timeline and make sure I hit all the deadlines. For some reason I'm quite nervous. Soon it will be over! I need to see John the coach about the Vita and about plotting my next future. Then of course the opera is Monday--that will be a nice break.
