Goodbye Marlon

"In a close-up, the audience is only inches away, and your face becomes the stage." Marlon Brando

This week, as Marlon lay dying, I found this watercolor that I painted many years ago. I had a dream about Marlon, he was in Tahiti coming out of the surf with a goat. After the dream I painted this painting. I was in love with Gauguin at the time, especially the purples. This painting is not going to the dumpster.
