2 slabs of skirt steak or london broil or fajita meat
1 onion sliced
1 green pepper cut into thin slices
1 bottle red wine vinegar - may be supplemented by red wine to cover meat
4 cloves chopped garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Chop onion, pepper, garlic and put in flat baking dish.
Pour in red wine vinegar.
Add salt and pepper
Put meat in marinade and turn every so often over a period of 2 - 3 hours.
Cook quickly over hot charcoal grill.
Thinly slice against the grain and serve on cutting board.
Heat flour or corn tortillas.
Chop avocado and put in bowl.
Pour salsa into bowl.
Spoon sour cream into bowl.
Chop some Romaine lettuce.
place hot tortilla on plate.
Add some strips of cut cooked meat.
put a few avocado chunks on top.
Put a dollop of sour cream on top and smear.
Put chopped Romaine lettuce on.
Spoon some hot salsa on top.
Fold over sides of tortilla and enjoy with your sons.
